Although plenty have laughed at Gadaffi’s recent address at the U.N. that seemed to never end, he followed with an interview where he discussed some of the shortcomings of the Security Council.

He proposes a number of reforms, including moving the U.N. out of New York to a European location, or India, or China.

Despite still having some wacky ideas like wanting to pitch tent in Central Park, he does tap into some deep-seated grievances around the world about U.N. inequities.
