A Texan court just ruled that a woman’s breasts were a deadly weapon, defined as anything capable of causing serious or deadly injury.
The 33 year-old woman was charged for indecent exposure when she took of her shirt at a Georgetown intersection. Her defence is that she spotted a spider crawling down her chest, prompting her to rip off all of her upper garments.
John Bradley, Williamson County District Attorney, said,
We’re just glad the public is safe from Ms. Ahem’s breasts and anything else she might have done with them.
Anyone who has seen Ms. Ahem’s breasts knows they posed a huge safety risk to the public at large and we’re satisfied now that there are permanently behind cotton or cotton blend restraint.
She will be registered as a sex offender for the rest of her life.
This is a joke, right? Because the only link provided is to another blog, not an actual news story or court finding.
There are lots of times I don’t get that something is a joke on this site. But the humour category is usually a good guide.
I don’t know if it’s a true story though like some of the others. The other news stories on the site seem similarly ridiculous.
This is a REAL case? Is there an actual court reference on this? This just goes to show you not everyone on a sex offender registry is a dangerous rapist or child molester.

I’m pretty sure it’s a joke case. It pushes towards the “sexist” content in our policies, but I don’t think it crosses the line.
I was unable to find any references to the case in google news or elsewhere. I think it is a completely made up case for the purpose of that site.
