Got Summaries?

Exam time treat.

Here are some resources our team has collected:

Manitoba Law Students Association

McGill

Osgoode Hall (Legal and Literary Society)

UBC (UBC Law Society)

UofM (Courtesy Ed Chan)

University of Ottawa (Common Law Student Society)

UVic

Windsor Law

Misc.

TwistLaw (McGill/International)

Melanie’s Law Notes (UofM?)

Adam Letourneau of Law, Eh? Canadian Law School (need to contact him)

Dead or Inactive Links

UBC (appears dead)

UofC (appears dead)

Queen’s (appears dead)
If you know of any other online summary banks, please let us know and we can add it to the list. Some students have told us that their schools, like UofC, have databases available to their students only.

And of course with enough content over time this site will also be an online, living, flexible, and collaborative summary.

Law is Cool
This site is intended to provide a resource for those interested in law. Current law students, graduates preparing for their bar exam, and members of the general public, can all benefit from a deeper understanding of the legal framework that helps shape our society.

  1. You may want to add http://www.twistlaw.ca to your list. It’s a collaborative case summary wiki I created in September of 2007. It’s open to everyone. Would love some feedback too!

  2. UBC Summaries or “CANS” are available here:
