The article title is not accurate, the statistics shown are at very best only applicable to a specific type of terrorist attack (taking place on an airplane) and only refers to the victims on the airplane. In addition, this does not properly address the very real emotional distress that other ‘victims’ are effected with.


    Law is Cool: While emotional distress is quite real, it has nothing to do with the risk of an attack. And although you are right that this is limited to a specific type of attack, it was provided in context of current events and discussion around this specific type of attack that would only affect those on a plane.
