We’re pretty sure this guy doesn’t qualify, even by their local by-laws, to park in this spot.

HAHA. That is actually pretty cool, but I guess the point is that he parked in the handicap spot! That is a sick truck though. I don’t think I would be driving a truck like that even if I had the money. Give me the new cadillac CTS Coupe and I will be a happy man. The CTS wagon looks pretty bad too.
