The actions of the Deputy are deplorable, but for the defense attorney to just shrug and say, "Oh well"? That could be the bigger tragedy. Stand up. Rant. Pound your fist. This was YOUR file and YOUR client's communication to you that was unjustifiably taken by law enforcement. All that rates is a "What are you gonna do?" I’ve been following this saga since it broke.
