Prostitution laws not irrational, lawyer argues

Tracey Tyler writes for the Toronto Star:

Just because prostitution is illegal in public and commercial venues in Canada but not in hotel rooms and homes doesn’t mean the law is “irrational,” a lawyer for the Ontario government argued today.
