		<description>I think that is a little crazy and what I mean by a little is that it all depends on the factors at hand.  In any case whether male or female, so people are so busy that they are a little spun and can&#039;t really testify an accurate testimony.  Now in most cases, a lot of the witnesses are probably just the same, so for this instance to not allow someone to testify/submit evidence, just because of the fact that they are busy is a little crazy.  The testimony/evidence should at least be heard or looked at.  That&#039;s what I think.</description>

The lawyer was able to convince the judge that she was in too many places at the same time for her testimony to be reliable. End of story. No need to look for &quot;ulterior&quot; motives and claim gender-bias. I am satisfied that a male in an identical situation would have received the same treatment from this judge.</description>
