I thought only the court offices would have a list. Here it is that I am thinking that only the court had access to the list of prospective jurors. I am picturing the Crown looking at the back of a courtroom where a police officer is looking at his laptop to see if any of the potential jurors have had contact with the police in any way. I would like to know how the Crown (and possibly defence) can get a list of prospective jury members in the first place. I thought only the court offices would have a list.
