Social media and law is a huge topic in light of recent decisions in Ontario and elsewhere ordering parties to produce and preserve their Facebook pages. In my own experience as a personal injury lawyer I have had clients burned and opposing parties burned by photos or walls posts that reveal too much. I have seen lawyers post their progress (or lack thereof) on Twitter. That's just nuts.
