A new study found that napping boosts sophisticated memory.  It also helps you to see the big picture.

These 10 Tips can help you sleep better.  They recommend more eating, doing your work in your sleep, and “lucid” dreams (smile).  Hey, law school wouldn’t be so bad like this:
