Who Let the Dog Out?

He escaped a death sentence.  But now this little canine in India has been charged with disturbing the peace.

Rajiv Ranjan, a local official, said,

The court was compelled to issue a summons to the dog since the police found that it was a threat to peace and feared that it might create a law and order problem.
